No need to buy expensive cleaning products that don't work,. Rather use white vinegar to clean the inside of your dishwasher and if there is still a smell then use baking soda.
Put a cup of white vinegar on the top shelve of your dishwasher and let the unit wash on its hottest cycle. If there is still a smell then use Bicarbonate of Soda

Once you have deep cleaned your dishwasher you should repeat this Cleaning process ever 3 months using only one of the above mentioned cleaning processes. and Alternating it every time
