Kurt Darren at The Boardwalk.

Watching Kurt Darren at the Boardwalk perform must be one the worse thing I could think of and I have a very active imagination

Boy was I wrong!

The Kurt Darren 2012 Platinum Tour had all the Bells and lighting to make it memorable evening. From the start of the show you could see this is just not another wishy-washy South African singer trying to sell a 2 cent act as a Performance. The KD band filled the Boardwalk amphitheatre air space with magic rocking sounds together with the Dancer and Kurt they made it just impossible to sit still.

Another thing that amazed me is amount of English speaking fans rocking there - I know he always had sort of a middle age fan base but never did I imagine seeking young English-speaking going wild.

If this show was the start or re-launch of Kurt Darren performing career, we are in for huge treats, from this South African performer and he is destine international stardom.

The Kurt Darren Show at the secure Boardwalk complex and added security is worth a whole lot more than what they were charging.

Go see him NOW - while he is still cheap

The bosses door was always open and the boss knew your about your family - how much the families depended on the companiy them for their well been.

Edwards Honda Transalp project are coming along accordingly. 

 "We" decide in the beginning that his project is not going to cost Me - 

I gave-in and we ordered plastic fan blades for the radiator motor, 
Honda PE rip us R600 just for the plastic blades, if it was the complete motor I could justify the cost.

Honda also gave him a price on the damage panels that he wanted to replace to get the Trans alp back to it original state.

Well! lets say it won't be happening - not while he is still studying at the Varsity.

All advice is Good

All advice is good but No one is the same and everyone is different - following off-the-shelve Plans is a sure way of setting yourself up for failure.

Every situation (condition) has Basic guidelines/rules which one could follow - "up to a  point". That is when it is handy to Draw on the knowledge of more experience person to get yourself up to speed, but at a certain stage you must fly and follow your own instincts.

Instinct to me means; drawing on past experience/advice then giving reaction based on the past. This then also means if your past experiences weren't not so good – your current action might not be the best for the future. (I this could be good a topic for a future post).

Here are some of my life-lessons and I am passing this advice on to you so that you can put them in your “instinct banks”.

1.    Don`t drink beer from a mug while you are lying on your back

2.    Don`t smoke while riding on your motorcycle

3.    Buying meat and liquor is good - on account it is one of the worst financial mistakes you can ever make

4.    Saving some chocolates for later is good

5.    Selling ice is cool

      a.    to Eskimos it is a bad idea

      b.    to San-people in the Kalahari desert it is a great idea

      c.    But selling to them on credit. . . . . ?

So you see “All ideas are good” at some stage (except buying on credit - is never good), but always be aware of your own your personal condition and logistics when your take advice  

Something that is good for me - might not be good for you. 

PS. My best advice for this year is, (and you have to just trust me on this one) “Swimming across a river (in flood) near the mouth, going in to the ocean - is not a good idea”

I am postive Children Projects use to be Simpler when they were younger.
 

Lava spitting mountains, small villages and building battery light switches becomes easy after you have have done it a couple of times. AS the children grow their projects seems to grow too

Edwards Trans Alp motorcycles. This Fix-me-Up student bike is going to need a lot of more than just clue and paper-pulp.  

During the holiday most people spent well deserved time - relaxing, doing nothing. While others get to spent time with love/joy projects and most of all get Quality time with their child.

      "Do I want to go to the Drive-In or do I want to go Movies" 


Since I can remember the children has always given me a choice of doing something thing they actually wanted to do - when I originally had no intention of doing anything. 

Joys of been a parent is sometimes difficult to explain, simple things like watching a baby breath in the early morning hours and then making them coffee when they return from a night-out socializing. Their exciting chatter and laughter filling ones space -  Listening how they suck up all life pleasures 

Watching them go into the world the first day of school, is the same as watching them go on a trip - you have to fight the urge to hold them back and keep them close.

Watching them become achievers of their own fears and seeing them take bold steps to the next challenge - makes all the sacrifices as a parent worth while. 

Nothing on this earth that can match the love of a parent for his child  

PS; Always be on the lookout for family "projects" and do your best to turn these moments into Gold - make them long and make them last
