Before you change your thinking, you have to change what goes into your mind. - Zig Ziglar

Affirmations - Must be right for you

It is fine when you take them from somewhere else but you have to make them personal.
Someone else’s affirmations will give you a guide and a starting point.

Once you have them in place, you must then work on them daily to make it personal.

The main objective is to find the link that makes these Affirmations comfortable

GRATITUDE

Without gratitude nothing is ever enough

Appreciate simple things

Listening to the silence of the waves

The noise of a sunrise just gives new meaning and perspective

Look for moments of solitude

Walk for hours with the dog - Just wander

Swimming in silence

In those moments of gratitude every act of love and kindness everyone has ever spoken

Comes in the time

Friendships had it own power

Years ago we use to create without been judge.

We converse about everything and we created

Questions were guidance in our lives

The gratitude kind of life has been so generous to giving all these memories

Now we know everything and also about everything.

The more I know the more I realize how little I know

There is just not enough gratitude in this world.

When I wake up here in my home I see my wife, my children I say on a daily Basis

“Thank You “

No matter what I do

I don’t live like I deserve this.

The internet has just blown my mind - Creating value from nothing can only be described as internet madness.

Like most people I started using the internet to look for information. Prior to actually going on the internet I heard there were some “funny-things” happening on the internet but I never thought it could also happen to me....

Not long ago I started a blog called Diabetes Signs Symptoms.com to sharing the information that has crossed my path about healthy living. When you reach a certain age you are just not as sharp as you use to be and what you eat and drink has a direct effect on how you perform the next day. Extreme sportsmen/women manipulating their Blood Sugar Levels all the time to enhance their performance (energy levels) by carefully plan what they eat and when they eat.

A diabetic has to do the same rituals, not for the same reasons thought. The first thing I uncover is there is no such thing as a Diabetic Diet only Diabetic Management.

Searching and looking at thousands of web pages I have realized that almost all articles and research paper are written by highly qualified well educated people.

Note I said “almost” because some of these impressive articles are published by individuals who get paid by a “Snake Oil” companies or are funded by a major stack holder in the industry and their reports tend to a bit one-sided. The main reason for my blog is to tell my readers in layman’s-term what I understand about these complicate reports and articles.

In the beginning I tried to blog as a professional journalist but I quickly realized these guys are professional, to try and go where they are would be a serious insult to them.

Now I just talk about “things” the way I understand it from my perspective and I put it on my Blog the way it comes back to me. I do not follow the “writing rules “and I even do “creative spelling”.

Getting back to the “Internet Madness” part.

This morning I stumbled into a website that tells you how much web pages are worth and I entered my Url  www.diabeticssignssumptoms.com  and they report my blog is now worth $5752.94  and the site is getting 2626 visits per day.

Wow!

$5752.94 this is crazy! Just imagine how much a person with talent and that could actually spell be able to generate!

Although I must confess I did have help;-

>I used Marketsumori to help with my keyword research and to find “Phrase that Pays” or in my case the people that came to visit Diabetes Signs Symptoms.com

>the guys at Hostgator are just awesome - they are always ready and willing to help with the technical stuff of webhosting - The best is that they explain everything so well, that even I can it right.

Lastly check out namecheap for all other stuff!

So you see why I call it Internet madness - All I wanted to do is to quickly tell you about my experience and how you can create value with your free time instead of wasting time in front of the  TV watching three Chinese bears do battles with out of space creators.

And I have just notice on the left hand corner of my screen it took me 570 words to do this – talk about internet madness.

God Develops Us Slowly
by Rick Warren The Lord your God will drive those nations out ahead of you little by little. You will not clear them away all at once …. Deuteronomy 7:22 (NLT) "Growth is often painful and scary, but if you want the next ten years to be the best of your life, the work you are doing now will be worth it."

Although God could instantly transform us, he has chosen to develop us slowly.

Why does it take so long to change and grow? There are several reasons --

We are slow learners. We often have to relearn a lesson forty or fifty times to really get it. The problems keep recurring, and we think, “Not again! I’ve already learned that!”—but God knows better. We need repeated exposure.

We have a lot to unlearn. Many people go to a counselor with a personal or relational problem that took years to develop and say, “I need you to fix me. I’ve got an hour.” Since most of our problems—and all of our bad habits—didn’t develop overnight, it’s unrealistic to expect them go away immediately.

Growth is often painful and scary, but if you want the next ten years to be the best of your life, the work you are doing now will be well worth it. There is no growth without change; there is no change without fear or loss; and there is no loss without pain. Even if our old ways are self-defeating, we are tempted to return to them because, like a worn out pair of shoes, they are comfortable and familiar.

You must let go of old ways in order to experience the new, but what God has planned for you is far more than anything you can imagine. Stay steady at it, remembering that “little by little” God is clearing the way for you to grow and change.
